PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN are reportedly on the verge of signing Inter Milan star Milan Skriniar, in a blow to Chelsea and Tottenham.
The Slovakian is high in demand after impressing at Inter since joining from Sampdoria in 2017.
Schira claims that Skriniar has agreed on a five-year deal worth £125,000-a-week at Parc des Princes.
He adds that PSG have bid £52million, although Inter want more.
It’s claimed that it will take a bid of £60m to convince the Serie A giants to sell.
Amid financial woes, Inter are understood to be required to sell players this summer.
Another to be linked with an exit is Tottenham target Alessandro Bastoni.
But should Inter flog Skriniar, they will not need to sell Bastoni as well.
While speaking to Radio Rai, CEO Beppe Marotta admitted this week: “It’s certainly easier to replace a centre-back than a striker.
“Probably we will be forced to sell someone in that position.”
The duo teamed up to help Inter win the title under Antonio Conte in 2021.
Skriniar has made 215 appearances for the San Siro club.
Chelsea could turn their attention towards Juventus ace Matthijs de Ligt.
Corriere dello Sport are now reporting that showdown talks between the player and club have resulted in De Ligt asking to leave.
Spurs, meanwhile, may target Piero Hincapie – with SunSport revealing that Bayer Leverkusen are demanding £34m for the Ecuadorian defender.
